SACRIFICING TO THE DEITY OF PERSONAL CHOICE

Pro-choice. One of the terms in today’s society that’s like a sacred cow. You cannot touch it. You cannot say anything about it. To even question it is to blaspheme and warrant ostracism. But like the deities of cultures past, the deity of Personal Choice has feet of clay. It’s a man-made idol masquerading as true divinity. It pretends to be noble and benevolent, but behind the facade lurks an ideology of tyranny that is only too happy to bathe in the blood of innocent unborn lives.

It is an ideology because it is based on the idea (an erroneous one, at that) that human life in the womb is nothing but mere tissue that can be discarded according to individual convenience or preference.

It is tyrannical because it elevates the choice of certain types of individuals over others.
